Open That Bottle Night was started by a couple of wine columnists in 2000, who realized they weren’t the only ones saving a special bottle for some ‘perfect opportunity.’ So they decided to create that opportunity.
We’re going to follow suit and and do something a little different at WAID: We’ll bring in the white napkins and catered dinner, and ask that you bring a bottle of wine to share.
Tredici Italian Market in Wayne will be making a beautiful spread for us again this year, including chicken piccata, beef bourguignon, mashed potatoes, balsamic glazed brussels sprouts, and tortellini and sundried tomato skewers.
Seating is very limited for this event, so be sure to purchase your ticket in advance. Classes and events are subject to cancellation or rescheduling in the case of low enrollment.
