Most wine is grown in moderate climates, allowing the grapes to achieve ripeness without sacrificing acidity. But a few regions and subregions push the envelope and are pretty darn cold. We’ll take a look at some notable cold-climate regions that, despite that frigid temps, still seem to knock our socks off with beautiful wine.
